Fans of K-pop superstar G-Dragon have reason to celebrate! On December 10, reports confirmed that his hit music variety show ‘Good Day’ is officially returning for season 2. Production company TEO shared, “It is true that we are producing Season 2”, ending all speculation and giving fans an early gift for the new year.

The first season of ‘Good Day’ made waves when it premiered on MBC TV on February 16, 2025, and streaming platforms like Disney+ and iQiyi brought it to audiences worldwide.

A reunion of legends

The show is produced by Kim Tae Ho, the legendary director behind ‘Infinite Challenge’, who has returned to MBC after three years. This season marks a reunion between G-Dragon and Kim Tae Ho who previously collaborated on various music-focused episodes of Kim’s earlier shows.

Kim Tae Ho left MBC in 2021 to start his own production company, TEO, and ‘Good Day’ is one of the first projects showcasing his return.

About ‘Good Day’

‘Good Day’ isn’t just another reality show. It’s a music project with heart. G-Dragon, often called the “icon of an era”, takes on the role of producer.
